This privacy policy applies to the Minimalist Shop Journal app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by RESTORE GASTRO HEALTH LIMITED (collectively, the “Application”). RESTORE GASTRO HEALTH LIMITED is referred to as the “Service Provider” throughout this document.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to support connectivity. This information is not retained or used for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
No. The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting maisie2harrington@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Because no personal information is collected through normal use, children’s information is not exposed through ordinary app usage. If personal information is voluntarily supplied through other means, consent from a parent or guardian is required where applicable.
Security
As the Application does not collect personal data in normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is limited. However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure, and the Service Provider maintains reasonable safeguards for systems and any data it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the likelihood of a personal data breach is minimal. If a breach affects information that you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals when required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Application does not ordinarily collect personal information, so there is generally no personal data retained through standard use of the app.
If you voluntarily send information directly to the Service Provider, it may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
Data Deletion
If you have directly provided personal information to the Service Provider and would like that information removed, you may request deletion by emailing maisie2harrington@gmail.com.
Reasonable steps will be taken to delete or anonymize the information unless the Service Provider is required or permitted by law to retain it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version together with an effective date. Where applicable law requires it, consent will be requested before such changes take effect.

Your Consent
